Mix all ingredients EXCEPT vinegar, together THEN add the1 tsp vinegar. Mix it again then put it in a greased pan to bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Rovi tells us, I personally haven't tried the following variation - but I am told that if you want to make this cake ultra healthy replace sugar with sucanat (which is organic unrefined cane sugar - it tastes vile by itself but bakes really well), melted margarine with melted soy lecithin (this is an organic, unhydrogenated natural butter replacement).
