Ages of kids: 3 1/2 and 9 months

Problem: My 3 1/2 year old son has been potty trained for several months. Now he has begun to purposefully urinate on the floor. His bedroom smells as does his bathroom. I spend my entire day cleaning the carpets. I sent him to his room today and found him urinating on the bed! He just started to want to stand while urinating and we have encouraged him to do what is most comfortable to him. After 4 days of this i just don't know what to do.
