Upside-Down Cake

  • 1pkg. Yellow Cake Mix
  • 1 Stick Margarine
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Can (1lbs.13 ozs) Fruit (I usually use peaches but any will do)
  • Whipped Cream (optional)
  • Melt Margarine in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over top. Drain fruit. Arrange fruit on the sugar. Mix cake as directed. Spread over fruit. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes, then turn upside down. Serve warm with whipped cream (again optional).

Supermom tells us, "This recipe is sure to make your mouth water, and it's so simple to do, your young kids can do it with ya!!!"
