"SWINGING WINGS"

Recipe Submitted by Lola Wade from Longview, WA:

  • = 2 lbs of Chicken wings dejointed and the tip discarded so you have two pieces
  • 1 cup Parmasean cheese, dry type like Kraft
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 stick of butter, melted
  • Place all the chicken pieces in the melted butter to coat. Add the flour, parmesean cheese and garlic salt together in a large zip lock bag. Add 6 - 8 pieces of chicken into the bag at a time and shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces on a cookie sheet. Continue until all pieces of chicken are coated and arranged on cookie sheet. You can crowd them, it's ok. Bake at 350 degrees until browned. I am not sure on the time but 30 to 45 minutes.

These are very fattening but delicious!

Lola tells us, "Great for a party snack and impressive to take to get togethers. Also very good cold.."
