Child Stopped Taking Formula

Problem: My daughter stopped taking formula milk when she was 11 months. Since then her weight gain has been pretty slow - at 13 months she's just over 9kg. Her doc said that that's still okay though ideally it should be 9.5 - 10kg. Luckily she eats cereals, vegetables, fish, chicken and eggs (though in small quantities) so she gets her daily allowance of calcium, protein, iron etc. I read somewhere that formula milk rejection could be due to lactose intolerance but it doesn't seem to be the case with my daughter as she can take the milk with cereals. She simply hates drinking it. (The only good thing when she stopped was that she was simultaneously weaned from the bottle). Could it be that her preference for breast milk has caused this? I'm worried that when I wean her she won't have any other milk source. Would really appreciate some feedback and tips.
