Problem: My child all of a sudden won't watch TV, videos, read her books. She is also scared of everything (bugs outside, loud noises) I try to take her fears seriously, but sometimes it is hard. I think it is important to watch a little TV, to pick up on new things, read some books before bed, go outside to play. The minute I turn on the TV, she turns it off and says she doesn't like it, doesn't want to read books at night because she says she doesn't like certain things in every book I pick. We go to the library, but that is only a temporary solution. I think we can probably work out the bug situation. I didn't think children were so sensitive and aware of the world around them.
