Mix the sour cream and the soup in a large bowl. Add the chicken (some prefer to cook chicken and tear it, when I am in a hurry, I buy canned chicken). Crush the Ritz crackers and add them to the mixture. Spread the sour cream/soup/chicken mixture in a oven safe pan. (I like to line the bottom of the pan with crackers and sprinkle some on top of the dish which takes more crackers.) Cook at 350 for 20 minutes...can also be eaten cold.
