Preheat oven to 350. Grease muffin tins. Mix together the meat, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper, onion and green pepper approx. 1/4 cup each. Put one biscuit in each muffin tin. Most cans have 10, so this makes 10 and not 12. If you have mini muffin tins, or the small tart pan, cut the biscuit in half, and use a half one in each of the muffin/tart wells. Spoon 1 to 2 Tablespoons of the mixture on top of the biscuit. Cook approx. 13-16 minutes till golden brown and the egg mixture has cooked all the way through.
