Brown the mince and add the spagetti sauce (jar with lots of chunky style tomatoes and capsicum). While this is happenning boil the pasta according to packet. To the mixture add 1&1/2 cups of cheese, mushrooms and pasta. Stir over heat until cheese has melted then place into oven proof dish and scatter remaining cheese over. Place in a reasonably hot oven, pour 1 glass of wine and by the time you have finished the glass, cheese has melted and is ready to serve with crusty fresh bread and green salad.
