"Baked Peach Delite"

Recipe Submitted by bugs from Boling, Texas:

  • 1-box yellow cake mix (do not use pudding in the mix)
  • 1 large can peaches (undrained)
  • 2 sticks of margarine (melted)
  • 1 1/2 to 2 cups of crushed pecans

    • spray baking pan with oil. Pour peaches in. Pour cake mix dry all over top of peaches covering all. Pour melted margarine on top be sure to cover all of top. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

    Bugs tells us, "Enjoy warmed in the mircowave with whipped topping or ice cream!!."
