"Peanut Butter Crunchies "

Recipe Submitted by Michelle from Spring City, TN:

  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 12 oz peanut butter
  • 4 cups special K cereal
  • Over medium heat bring to a boil the sugar and Karo. Make sure all sugar has been dissolved. Add 12 ounces of peanut butter, stir until mixed well. Remove from heat and add 4 cups cereal. Drop by spoon fulls on wax paper or aluminum foil. Cool for about 30 minutes and place in sealable container.

    Michelle tells us, "They taste a lot like peanut butter fudge!"
