Cut up 4 chicken cutlets in strips or 1/4 squares. Heat up oil in pan, or use deep fryer. Put in chicken and fry. When done, start on sauce. Add 1 -16 Ounce can of chicken broth to heated pan, and 1 chopped onion, then add chopped garlic. Stir in 1 large jar of oyster sauce. Add 3 teaspoons of soy sauce. Take small 1/4 inch of Ginger Stick, (Cut very fine). Add to pan. Last, add in corn starch while stirring to your desired thickness. Stir for about 5 minutes, then add cooked chicken and mix it up for about 5 minutes. If you wish for a little more sauce, add 1/4 cup of water or less. Server with white rice and your favorite veggies! Enjoy !
Pacer tells us, "You may want to add chicken to pan, or add sauce to chicken in a large bowl when done."
