Ages of kids: 6, 8, 11

Problem: I have a six year old who refuses to get dressed for school in the morning. She just doesn't want to go and says that she wants to be with me all the time. She says her clothes tickle, they are too tight, big, small, etc. just to keep from getting dressed. I have tried a reward system to no avail. Please help.
