My name is Stacy, and I live in the Okanagan Valley, in British Columbia, Canada. I am a happily married mother of two. My son, Matthew, is 7, and my daughter, Cassandra, is 5. They, unfortunately for me, are computer buffs (like their father), but also like sports and are very active. They are great kids. My husband is a computer programmer, so as you might have guessed, having one computer in this house is barely enough for us all.
I am currently a stay-at-home mom, so when I'm not 'child rearing'(no that is not a form of discipline), I like to spend most of my time outdoors. My hobbies include gardening, golfing, going to movies, talking with friends - both on and off the irc-, skiing, and reading books, especially on home and landscape design. My love for nature has also sparked a strong interest in wildlife and forestry, in which I recently finished a home correspondence course on conservation in these areas. The kids love nature as well, so in the summer months we head down to the gulf islands and spend time there. We spend a lot of our time outside, watching the eagles, hawks, and learning about trees.
I love meeting and making new friends as well, and I find that the #!Parentsroom is a great place to gather. Hopefully, we'll see you in there.
My name is Bob and I live in Pocono Pines, PA. I am the father of Robi Lynne who is 4 1/2. Robi is a beautiful charming little person and the light of my life, (along with her mother). Robi is also autistic, which leads to my interest in our education systems and services for special needs children.
In addition to IRC, my hobbies and interests include, golf, bicycling, reading and movies. I have lived in PA practically all of my life and have been in Pocono Pines for the past eight years. I am also lucky enough to share my life with a wonderful woman named Dena, who has been my wife for almost ten years.
Hi this is Pat and Steve known better as Tweety and Razzar. We've been married 21 years and have three children, 1 boy and two girls. Our daughter age 14 is a cheerleader for basketball, loves talking on the phone and does a lot of crafts. Our other daughter, 19, has a boyfriend, attends college and works at a restaurant as a cashier. That brings us to our son who is 16, loves the computer , loves his video games, also plays baseball.
Razzar works at a paper mill and his hobbies are hunting, watching football games and of course the computer.
That brings us to me, Tweety. I'm a housewife I like to do cross stitch and crochet, cook and go out to eat and chat IRC. We live in Augusta Georgia.

I Work at home doing desktop publishing and The Pampered Chef. My husband Jack, is an editor at a local newspaper.

I am Linda, and I live in Glendale, Arizona. I have been married to John for 26 years. I am an RN, in medical profession for 27 years. I also do medical transcription, and am a paralegal nurse.
My husband, John, is an EEG Technician, one year in medical profession. He previously was a heavy equipment operator for most of his life. He had 2 terms in Air Force.
Our kids are: Hope, 17 year old daughter, Melanie, 13 year old daughter, and Jake, 11 year old son.
