Recipe Submitted by Gianne from Wales, UK:
Coat the meat in the seasoned flour (salt + flour put in a plastic bag and mixed together...then toss the meat in to coat it evenly and completely). Fry until brown. Put it into a large casserole dish and add all the other ingredients (no need to stagger). Mix well and cook for 2 hours at 325 degree Fahrenheit / Gas regulo 3.
Myself, I prefer doing it in a Slo-Cooker..when I can put it all in the pot before I go to work in the morning....cook it for 20 mins at high...then until I come home (about 8-9 hours) at low. It is absolutely perfect.
Gianne tells us, "It is quite a versatile dish. It can be eaten with just rice or/and a crispy, buttered baked potato, and a full mixed salad (i.e. lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, radish, spring onions, celery, yellow/orange mushrooms, beetroot, beansprouts, nuts, cress etc., all finely chopped up, seasoned and tossed in olive oil
