Problem: I am a teacher's assistant and am having problems disciplining them. I am with them mostly in the yard, where they are most aggressive with me. Lately, I haven't been able to grasp these kids' attention. They always talk back to me, they don't ever listen, and when I try to discipline them, they always make me feel guilty. Now even the school administrators are starting to doubt my ability to get these kids under control. I would like someone to suggest to me a way or technique that might help me with these kids' behavior. Thanks.
