One more week until Black Friday and the advertisers certainly are not letting us forget. Some years I go out to the stores for the sales but it's usually such a mess that I tend to give up and go home empty handed. I can't shop comfortably when I can see the checkout lane wrapping around a whole store, or weaving through the entire store so that just to shop you have to cut their line. This year I plan to try again. Not only to try again but to also hit up two of the worst places for Black Friday chaos: Walmart and Target. They open at 4 and 5am and if I get antsy before that I may go check out Old Navy which opens at 12am. I would imagine that at Walmart especially I should be prepared to get there and camp out for a couple hours. I've never tried the typical big box doorbuster stores before so this will be a first for me. Does anyone else go fight the crowds on Black Friday? How about some Black Friday stories or tips?
