"Raisin Sauce"

Recipe Submitted by Carolyn:

  • l tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup raisins
  • Mix the first three ingredients together into saucepan. Stir in the next four ingredients. Cook in saucepan until thickened. Stir often while cooking. Serve hot over ham.
