Pour can of tomato juice into crockpot. Add vinegar and brown sugar. Microwave frozen meatballs for 2-3 minutes, then add to crockpot. Cook on high for about 3-4 hours, then turn down on low. When you turn on low, add broken up pieces of gingersnap cookies and stir to mix in. Simmer on low a couple of hours, stirring occasionally to mix cookies throughout. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!
Tbaktoo tells us, "Delicious!!!! Feeds several, depends on how many you like. It tastes really good over cooked white rice. Taste as you cook and if too vinegary just add a little more brown sugar. Gingersnaps are used for flavor and to thicken up the sauce."
