In a large bowl, mix softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cool whip and mix on medium for at least one minute(or until desired consistency). While mixing add vanilla. Pour a small amount into graham cracker crust and smooth out. Add the remaining mixture spreading to the edge. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with your choice of fruit.
Janice tells us, "When you cut the first slice make sure the knife has been ran under cold water. You may need a spatula to help remove the cake from the pan. Enjoy!!!!"
