Ages of kids: 20mo, 11 weeks

Problem: This problem actually affects a friend's 2 year old daughter who they have just discovered is allergic to the elastic in knickers. Her doctor has told her that this is a common allergy which made me think that maybe you can buy underwear without elastic in specialist shops. Does anyone know of any?
