"Allergy Free Doughnuts"

Recipe Submitted by Arc :

  • 1 1/2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp.salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Fleishmann's Unsalted Margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons Oil,
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoon Water,
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder,Mixed together
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • Confectioner's Sugar
  • Preheat oven 400 degrees. Grease mini muffin tins or mini bundt pans. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder,cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Add water; Margarine; oil, water, and baking powder mixture; and vanilla extract. Blend thoroughly. Pour batter into prepare pans. Cook 9-10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Top generously with Confectioner's sugar.
