Problem: My 5 years old is destructive to property within the home. Is very sneaky about damaging things when no one notices. He says he knows he'll get in trouble for what he has done but doesn't know why he still does these things. We went through a period of time when he would steal. We would take him to the police station and show him what it was like in the cell, have the police talk to him, have taken him back to stores to pay for things he took, with his own money. He's had timeouts, grounded you name it, nothing seems to work with this child. He goes through phases where he is vindictive towards his older brother. HELP!!!!
