"Cheese Cake "

Recipe Submitted by Margaret from Romeo, MI:

  • 1 1/4 C graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 C margarine
  • 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Can (tub) ready to spread cream cheese icing
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
    2. In small bowl combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine, press into 9" pie shell.
    3. In large bowl blend remaining ingredients, beat 1 minute at highest speed.
    4. Pour over crust.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
    6. Cool, store in refrigerator.
    7. Before serving top with cherries or blueberries.
