"Chicken Casserole"

Recipe Submitted by "Workingmom":

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 box chicken stove top stuffing
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth from boiling chicken
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • Cook the chicken breasts until tender. Keep 1 cup of the chicken broth. Mix chicken broth and the two cans of soup together and cook slowly until lumps are out. Mix the stuffing and butter together to make a buttery/crunching toping. Put half the stuffing on the bottom of a casserole dish. Shred chicken on top. Pour over soup mixture and top with rest of stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes.
