Problem: My daughter was abusing my little boys, so I took her into treatment. Later she turned her violence towards me. Every time I would discipline her (i.e., corner, writing sentences, grounding) She would call social services on me. She was still in counseling, but they didn't want me there yet. I couldn't handle her anymore so I took her to her father's house. As far as I knew she was doing great and I was really relieved.

A couple weeks ago I got a summons to appear in court 2 hours away. I had no idea what was ahead of me. The local DHS in her fathers town took my daughter from her father and filed ABANDONMENT charges on me. My daughter only wants to live with this lady who is a good woman. DHS now has custody of her and they want to revoke my rights.

They want to make me pay child support, living expenses, and all medical. All I did was take her to her father so maybe she would quit abusing family members.
