Ages of kids: 15 & 4

Problem: My 4 year old runs hot and cold on school most days she's okay with going but out of the blue she'll dig in her heels and doesn't want to go. She went to daycare most of her life, but recently I became a stay-at home. I wanted to continue her at the day-care for 2 days a week for her social but it's getting difficult. I was thinking of switching into a regular pre-school but I don't know if that will solve the problem. I have the same problem with dance lessons. She's okay with it for the most part, but about 4 weeks ago the teacher reprimanded her and now she doesn't want to go there either. She's driving me crazy! Any ideas??
