Name: Patty

Problem: My 3 year old son will use the potty all day to pee, however, since he has started using the potty to pee he has started refusing to bm --he starts then stops himself and holds it in. Occasionally if i put a pull up on him he will go in the pull up. Once in awhile he will go in his underwear but for the most part he wont go at all. I have been trying to contact my doctor about this as I am afraid of any problems it might create, however, they are either busy or I'm placed on hold forever. Any suggestions on how to get him to stop being afraid to bm in the potty would be greatly appreciated!!!
