Ages of kids: 15, 13, and 7

Problem: I'm a mother of three girls, my oldest is 15 years old, and she is a handful. I don't know what to do. It first started as running away when she couldn't do what she wanted. I've talked to her several times about this behavior but it didn't change things. So back in Aug. 97 she decided she was leaving. Well let me tell you that the State of Florida ought to pass a law that gives the parents full control over the well being of our children, because the kids know more about the laws then the parents, and that puts them in control.
